Wilmington, DE, August 25, 2015 – Charlie Vincent, president of Innovincent LLC, a Delaware-based strategic management consulting firm that helps nonprofits and businesses raise money, has been selected by the Delaware Business Times as one of this year's "40 under 40" award winners.
The Delaware Business Times presents the "DBT40" award to individual Delawareans under forty who are rising stars in their respective fields, exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit, and engage with their communities and local civic organizations on a regular basis.
"It's an honor to be one of the Delaware Business Times 40 under 40," says Vincent. "When I looked over the list of current and previous honorees, I was humbled to be included among such a diverse group of professionals who are working to raise Delaware's profile in different ways."
Vincent, 36, a Delaware attorney, uses his legal, business, and marketing experience to help business and nonprofit clients raise money by helping develop or revitalize their marketing or fundraising strategies. Two of his most significant projects he has helped organize in the past two years through his company are the Delaware Charity Challenge, a series of athletic competitions that help raise awareness and funds for different nonprofits chosen by participants, and Nine Innings of Networking, a job fair held at the Wilmington Blue Rocks annually in June. The next Delaware Charity Challenge event is a winter indoor triathlon that will be held at the Chase Center on Saturday, January 9, 2016. Throughout the competition, spectators and participants will also be able to visit with exhibitors at a health fair called the Pursuit of Health & Wellness Expo.
This year's DBT40 honorees will be recognized at a reception on September 30 at the Delaware Art Museum.
